Are you in need of some inspiration for looks this spring/summer? Well I've created this magical mermaid look using Makeup Geek shadows! To achieve this look just keep reading!

I used four beautiful Makeup Geek shadows to create this Mermaid inspired look! These are the four eyeshadows I used; BlackLight and Secret Garden which are both Duochrome shadows and I also used Dragonfly and Shark Bait which are pure matte!

Base
Mac Prep + Prime- Spray this product all of the face to prime before foundation.
No7 Foundation- Calico- For best results apply foundation using a foundation/khabuki brush or a beauty blender.
Urban Decay- Naked Skin Concealer- Apply this product under the eye area.
Bare Minerals- Well Rested- Apply this product under the eye area to set the concealer in place to prevent creasing.
Too Faced- Cocoa Powder Foundation- Light- Apply over the top of foundation to create a matte finish.
Eyebrows
Anastasia Beverly Hills- Browwiz in Chocolate- Sweep gently over the brows to shape and fill them in.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel- Brush over the brow to set them in place.
Eyes
Mac Soft Ochre Paintpot- Apply all over the lid either using fingertips or a small brush.
Makeup Geek Shadows- BlackLight, Secret Garden, Dragonfly and Shark Bait!

To start off the look I applied Bare Minerals Well Rested powder just over the lid to set the primer in place! I then applied the shade Blacklight all over the lid and in the inner corner using a flat shader brush!
I next went in with dragonfly and applied this into the crease and above the crease as a transition shade and slightly blended it into the lid shade!
To deepen the look a little more I then took the shade Shark Bait and blended it directly into the crease!
I then went back into the shade Blacklight and reapplied it to intensify the shadow!
Lastly I applied Secret Garden to the lower lash line!

To finish off the eye look I coated the top and bottom lashes with the Better Than Sex Mascara from Too Faced! This Mascara is amazing for lengthening and adding volume to the lashes!

As I wanted to go for a fresh glowly look I used the Makeup Revolution Blushing Hearts Blusher in Iced Hearts! I applied this to the apples of my cheeks! I then took the lightest shade of this blusher and I used this as a highlight down the centre of my nose and on my brow bone!

For my lip colour I used two Gerard Cosmetics lip products! I firstly went in with a Hydro Matte lipstick in the shade Ballet Slipper, I then went in with a lipgloss in the shade Buttercream!

And this is the completed look! I hope you guys have been inspired by this mermaid themed look and have fun practising!
