Simple & Elegant Valentines Day Look!

Valentines Day is just around the corner! Still not sure what look to go for? Well here is a simple look I created which would be perfect for anyone wanting an elegant but wearable look and may also inspire you!

For this look I used a few of my favourite makeup products!

Urban Decay-Naked 3 Palette & Perversion Mascara

Mac- Melba blush

Too Faced- Cocoa Powder Foundation

Anastasia Beverly Hills- Riviera Illuminator

Gerard Cosmetics- Hyrdo Matte Lipstick- Serenity

I felt the Naked 3 Palette would be perfect for creating a elegant Valentines Day look as it is so girly! This well loved palette contains a lot of rose gold/ pinky tones which is the look I was wanting to achieve!

So lets get started!

Base

• Mac Prep + Prime- Fix +

• No7 Stay Perfect Foundation in Calico (Apply either using a buffer/ kabuki brush or a beauty blender)

• Too Faced Cocoa Powder Foundation (Apply over the top of foundation to create a matte finish)

• Benefit Boiing Concealer in 01 (Apply under the eyes and on blemishes)

• Bare Minerals Well Rested (Apply under the eyes to set the primer in place)

Eyebrows

• Anastasia Beverly Hills Browwiz in Chocolate (Sweep gently over the brows to shape and fill them in)

• Benefit- Speed Brow (Brush over the brow to help set them in place)

Eyes

• Mac Soft Ochre Paintpot (Apply all over the lid either using fingers or a small brush)

• Urban Decay-Naked 3 Palette

To begin with I applied Strange (1.) all over the lid to help set the primer in place!

The next shade I went in with Limit (2.) I used this as a transition shade as it helps all the shadows blend easily together!

The third shadow i used was Nooner (3.) and I applied this to my outer third of my eye and under my lower lash line to deepen the look and to add more definition!

Next i went in with Trick (4.) I applied this on the lid with Mac Fix Plus to make the colour pop! (However using Mac Fix Plus is optional!)

Lastly I used Dust (5.) to highlight the inner corner of my eye!

I then used the Perversion Mascara by Urban Decay and applied it to my top and bottom lashes! This mascara is perfect for lengthening and curling lashes!

To complete the rest of this look I lightly contoured my cheekbones and nose using the Ultra Contour Palette by Makeup Revolution

For the blush I used Melba by Mac on the apples of my cheeks! This is a great matte blush for those who have a fair skin tone!

I highlighted the tops of my cheeks, nose and cupids bow using the Riviera Illuminator by Anastasia Beverly Hills!

For lips I used a Gerard Cosmetics Hydro Matte Lipstick in Serenity!

And Taa Daa this look is finished! It is a beautiful girly makeup look perfect for Valentines Day or any other day for that matter!
